We have the ability to prepare and ship the scrap metal on-site which allows us to ship directly to the mills, contrary to traditional demolition companies. This allows us to eliminate a three or four multiple on handing and freight costs which in turn allows us to offer our clients lower prices to do the job, a higher rebate amount on the scrap, or in some cases, are able to actually pay our customers for the same jobs a demolition company would have to charge.
